One thing I know I'm happy about, man. They got places to eat. Yeah, nice. I didn't realize how many places on this strip have the food, food. Like you ain't gotta just come and just get one type, any type of cuisine. Like I'm thinking we should stop and get some tacos or something like that. Like that wasn't always *** possibility. Garfield, you wasn't. My name is Ray Quinton. I'm part of the team of Tequidos, *** food truck. It's in *** really good neighborhood. We love, we love this area. Neighbors are good. It's *** good community looking to get some um some authentic out here. I, I heard this is the place to be at the right place, man. Mexico here, Mexico and Pittsburgh. You, you serving the stuff that you eat at home? Yes. Yes. If you don't like it, you pay for it. They're the best business. The best restaurant, the whole family works here. Yeah. My, my son, my two little ones. I mean I'll take uh this barbacoa. Yeah, I like lamb. I'm gonna take just some, some beef tacos. Any salsa sauce, taco, salsa. It's not *** taco you like uh give me all of it. All the spice 10 out of 10 that comes on the side. So you kill yourself. All right. Everything is made from scratch. It's nothing from frozen and Can Island Day. Is it the special lamp? Yeah. Nice, nice I packaged. Thank you. Thank you *** little bit of tequila there. Ok. Ok. I'm back up. I guess they, they don't know if I'm gonna stay, they won't be good. Now, I'm eating all this and cilantro set it off though. Coming up. I love that. You have your stuff in, in the sight of the client. Hit him with the, hit him with the shoulders. You know what I mean? You know how she taught us, bro. That's what I learned today. The rebirth of Garfield is strong and today we've seen the coast community come together serving every member of the neighborhood, new and old from the football field to the dance floor. Garfield continues to serve up the best of the best here in the bed. So, you know, after *** long day of activities, I'm always trying to end it with *** good beer. How's it going, sir? Hi. Hi. Nice to see you again. The, how are you today? Away from home? Long day. It's *** long day. I love to see your system if you have one. Yeah. Yeah. Let's go check it out. Come on. All right. What we're trying to do with Toora Brewery is offer brew and offer as many styles of beers and brewed beverages as we can. To our neighborhood here in Garfield, we're really good at brewing within *** very large bandwidth and hopefully that the neighborhood appreciates that we can make *** lot of things that they would like. If you look at our space, we do not offer food. We do not have *** kitchen and that was very on purpose because we have so many neighbors that make such great food that we didn't want to compete with that or even have to try to think about doing that. It's just *** super fun neighborhood and we can't wait to see what happens in the next six months in the next two years. It's *** great, it's *** great location to be. This is CJ. Hey, she's our brewer here. Very nice to meet you. She's gonna take care of you in the back, walk you through the brewery and I'm gonna get *** beer with you guys later. Cool. You guys ready? Yeah, Tony, please. You got *** seven barrel system. This is our bright tank. We have four fermenters. I love that. I love that. You have your stuff in the sight of the client. Yeah, Mike, what is this about? So this is our brewing deck. Mash time, throw it over the kettle, boil it and then we take the work, the fermenters. So my understand is you're new to the brew side of things. Yeah, Mike. Kind of took me under his wing and I'm *** little protege and then as far as like what we brew, I think we do simple beers but we do them. Well, you don't get too heavy either. Right. Like this stuff. Super session. Yeah, we, *** lot of low *** BV, we have *** dia on tap. It's *** double IP for the layman. You know, somebody had *** beer knowledge, you know what I mean? Opening its doors in 2020 quickly becoming *** beer lover's place to be. It's time for us to taste what all the hype is about. You know, we like to make those clean beers. So we got our three cleanest. All right, might need to, I'm gonna take, I'm gonna, I'm gonna just say New England. Yeah, I'm gonna go hazy on that. You're right. Look at that. Look at that.
