The ground crew started early under the partly cloudy and then at eight, the sun broke through and the perfect opening day was on, the players took the field about 10. The sweet sound of bat on ball, the leather unpacked and ready to go. The Florida Sun. Look on some, the familiar faces were back, including one unexpected familiar face taking credit for bringing the good weather with it. Yeah, it's really beautiful. I don't know what kind of weather it up there, but today it looks like I bring that kind of weather. I hope so. We have it all. The excitement of opening day is magic. Even the season players tempting even the sore of back to give it *** go. Well, I don't know, I feel good today and I feel like I can play, but there's always excitement in the air opening day and I'm afraid I might be pushing it *** little bit too soon. This was *** special opening day for Don Robinson three years ago. He was pitching high school ball in West Virginia, *** major league. I'm really excited. I couldn't really, last time in bed. I couldn't wait till the game gets started because feel like I was *** big leaguer. The ground crew said the field was at its best ever for opening day. The weather was perfect and when the gates opened at 11, the fans were ready to press forward to get the season started, especially the kids who had abandoned the books for *** day of field study. Opening day is difficult to resist Lynn Heins. Channel four action news.
