Backup goalie Louis Domingue entered the game in the second overtime period when Casey DeSmith limped off the ice with a lower-body injury. But before entering, Domingue found himself hungry. He chowed down on some spicy pork and broccoli in between the first and second overtime periods. "It was not great," Domingue told reporters later. "I needed something in my belly. Maybe it sustained my energy." That spicy pork may have done the trick.
