They also say as a 100% local business, they have flexibility that the retail giants do not.The retailer that features all Pittsburgh-designed items already operates a store in the Cultural District and one in Mount Washington. A third love, Pittsburgh location is planned for the Strip District inside the Parma Sausage building at 1728 Penn Ave.Owners Monica Yope and Kelly Sanders encourage Pittsburghers to support local artisans and makers by shopping local."There's just so much talent in Pittsburgh, and we have such an amazing artistic, creative, artisan maker heritage and history, that to be able to really claim that heritage and celebrate it like the way love, Pittsburgh does is something that was really lacking until this store opened up," said Tereneh Idia, of the Idia'Dega eco-design company.
