Mike Valente joins Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 as a general assignment reporter. Mike is a proud graduate of Syracuse University and started his work in media by joining ABC Radio in New York City. He made the transition into television while working in West Virginia and Lexington, Kentucky. Mike prides himself on being passionate about telling stories while giving a platform to people who have been marginalized.

Mike is a history junkie who is fueled by coffee and podcasts.
